This is one of our more text-heavy cards. We tried to be succinct as possible, of course.
This is also the first of a series of four “uncertified” cards in the game. These are cards that require you to pay for goods in victory points instead of money. You can have negative victory points in the game, so this is a card you could play on your first turn if you think you can make up for the lost ground. Late in the game…it’s a big risk, but it could have a huge payoff if you buy the right structure.
