It wouldn’t be a wine game without a wine critic. Fortunately, this critic is a big fan of your wine (possibly because you’re hosting him for free at your vineyard). Unlike the wine orders, which require specific values of wine, the critic is happy to sample any two tokens from your medium or large cellars.
