Your Privacy Choices – Stonemaier Games

Your Privacy Choices

This webform is intended for United States data subjects only. You can use this form to exercise your privacy rights at any time. To protect the disclosure of your information, we may need additional details for validation. We will honor requests received to the extent required by applicable law and within the time provided by law.

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Virginia have the right under the privacy laws of those states (“State Privacy Laws”) to opt out of the “sale” and “sharing”/use for digital advertising of their personal information by a company governed by those State Privacy Laws. The meaning of “sale” under State Privacy Laws in California, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah is broad and is not limited to sharing personal information in exchange for money.

Under California law, “sharing” means sharing, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring or otherwise communicating orally, in writing, or by electronic or other means, your Personal Information by us to a third party, for cross-context behavioural advertising, for monetary or other valuable consideration. When we use the term “sharing” under this section, we are using it in the narrow context of how it is defined under California law. Other State Privacy Laws do not use the term “sharing,” but describe the concept as processing for targeted advertising.

Stonemaier may participate in digital advertising networks and engage other advertising services to deliver advertising that is tailored to your interests. Some targeted advertising, such as the participation in certain ad networks and advertising on social media platforms can constitute sharing/using your personal information for digital advertising and a “sale” of personal information under State Privacy Laws.

If you no longer wish to receive our marketing messages, you can unsubscribe at any time. Just follow the opt-out instructions in each email, text or notification.

You may also enable an opt out preference signal for a browser or plug-in that makes it clear that such signal is meant to have the effect of opting you out of the sale and sharing of your personal information. Note that if we can identify you as an individual, we will process such request for offline sales also, but if we only can identify your device or browser, we will only be able to apply the request to that specific device or browser and only for cookie or pixel based selling and sharing. We process opt out preference signals in a frictionless manner . By “frictionless,” we mean that we will not charge a fee or valuable consideration; and we will not change your experience with our service or display a notification, pop-up, text, graphic, animation, sound, video or any interstitial content in response to the opt-out preference signal.

Please note that, otherwise, Stonemaier does not presently exchange personal information for money with anyone.

However, if you would like to opt out of the “sale” of your personal information as permitted under State Privacy Laws in the event we do “sell” personal information in the future, you can do so and we will keep a record of this request, using the ‘Request’ button below.

Please remember that our ability to maintain a record of your request is limited by the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. We will only record the name and email address that you provide to us.

1. Identity Verification

For certain personal information requests, we must first verify your identity based on the information you submit in the request form. For all other requests that do not need to be verified, we will process your request and respond to you.
