On this page you’ll find instructions to cancel the recurring payment for your Champion Membership. If you cancel your membership in this way you will retain all of your Champion benefits for the remainder of your year (from the date you signed up to the same date the next year).
Desktop
- Log in to the Stonemaier webstore and hover over the “person” icon in the top right of the window. Make sure you’re in your region’s webstore (US & International, Europe, Canada, or Australia). The circular flag icon (seen below) indicates which store you’re logged into.
- Click on the “Account” link.
- On the next page, click on “Manage Champion Memberships.”
- Next, look towards the top menu and click “Subscriptions.”
- Click on your active subscription.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the next page and click “Cancel subscription.” (Note: Don’t click “Skip this order.” That option will skip the next payment and the following recurring payments will continue.)
- Follow the prompts to finish the cancellation. You will retain all the benefits of your Champion Membership until the end of your year.
Mobile
- Log in to the Stonemaier webstore and tap on the “person” icon in the top right of the window. Make sure you’re in your region’s webstore (US & International, Europe, Canada, or Australia).
- On your Account page, tap on “Manage Champion Memberships.”
- On the next page, tap on the “Home” menu.
- Then tap on “Subscriptions.”
- On the Subscriptions page, tap on your active subscription.
- Finally, scroll to the bottom of your Champion subscription info and tap “Cancel subscription.” (Note: Don’t tap “Skip this order.” That option will skip the next payment and the following recurring payments will continue.)
- Follow the prompts to finish the cancellation. You will retain all the benefits of your Champion Membership until the end of your year.
